It adopts the latest voltage - space vector algorithm and bears the highest voltage utilization rate. Its software algorithms with prediction and estimation capability make it run at the speed very smoothly, and meanwhile, it takes the lead among its peers in using TMS320F28335 of TI, the most advanced platform, which provides it with an operating rate of up to 150MIPS, 32 bits of hard floats, and 12 bits of AD conversion, ensuring faster servo response, higher positioning precision, as well as smoother revolving speed.

The advanced hardware platform ensures more flexible software design of the system, with plentiful parameters being installed internally, so that it can achieve high-speed computation and thus realize smoothing filtering of the software. Because of the high-speed and highly precise measurement, together with the unique PPI software algorithm owned by Porcheson, the highly precise control requirements for the pressure and flow are fully met.

Even at zero speed, Ag series can also increase to 3 times of the overload capacity, which can ensure superior pressure maintenance of the injection molding machine.

CANOPEN bus is the standard configuration of Ag series, which receives pressure and flow in the form of digits, avoiding the errors caused by analogue-to-digital conversion, and thus the communication of the bus can be realized without increasing any cost.
